  • Level 5 Finish

    • In laymans terms, a level five finish refers to drywall that has been taped, first and second coated, and sanded lightly to remove tool marks before applying a thin skim coat to the entire surface, including the seams and field. The skim coat is sanded lightly and checked with a halogen light to look for any imperfections. The surface is made ready for your paint finishes

    • When do you need a level 5 finish? Ceilings that are finished smooth will always require a level five finish. In areas of critical lighting a level five finish is absolutely necessary. Critical lighting may include side-lighting from fixtures or windows. If using high gloss paint, it is highly recommended to use a level five finish

  • Soundproofing

    • Soundproofing is any means of reducing the sound pressure with respect to a specific sound source and receptor. There are several basic approaches to reducing sound; we can offer solutions that fit your needs
       

  • Complete Insulation Service / Spray Foam

    • Insulating is a crucial step in providing comfort in both winter and summer, particularly with the drastic weather changes we have in Southern Alberta and there are choices to make regarding R-value and it's critical to maintain good airflow. We have the expertise to know exactly what your project will need

    • Spray Foam can save on energy costs and lowers utility bills. Buildings treated with spray foam insulation typically insulate as much as 50% better than traditional insulation product. Insulation that is sprayed in buildings protects against moisture, which provides the benefit of reducing the chance of harmful mold and mildew. Eliminating mold growth reduces the likelihood of rotting wood in a home and affecting allergies to mold spores
       

  • Drywall & Taping

    • The quality of the finished drywall directly correlates to the quality of framing and the drywall hanging. Fewer joints equals a better quality installation. Drywall comes in many different sheet sizes and types. There are areas in a building that require different types, we have the knowledge to make sure the right product is used in the right places

    • The taping process is done in several stage. We have skilled tradesmen that can give your walls and ceilings a top notch finish
